You can honor the memory of a loved one through The Roslyn Synagogue Memorial Board. Each plaque is a $500 donation, payable online via this form.

Details should be entered on the downloadable, printable form available HERE. When printing the form, please set your printer for "actual size" and print in landscape orientation. The form represents as closely as possible the actual size of the memorial plaque.
